    Oliver has over nine years' experience in the digital space, having begun his career at prominent UK start-up Memorisethis.com in 2001. After 3 years Oliver moved to work agency side at Unique Digital in London, consulting and guiding brands through the intricacies of their digital objectives, and ensuring great results as part of their overall marketing mix. Working closely with the likes of Avis (across 17 countries), Mark Warner, John Lewis, Virgin Holidays, Top Gear and more, Oliver gained invaluable experience in managing both branding and direct response elements of clients' marketing requirements.

    Oliver joined STEAK (UK) in 2006 as Head of Search, where he managed more than 16 members of staff and £22million in accountable billings, and during which time STEAK UK was named as the youngest agency ever to win IMAA 'Agency of the Year'.  Oliver transferred to STEAK Melbourne to focus on the development and growth of the agency within Australia, fostering client relationships and providing the successful results his wealth of experience brings to digital marketing campaigns.

    Growing Business Awards 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year', Oliver Bishop launched STEAK in 2005 with co-founder Duncan Parry. He has since grown the Group to become an award-winning, international digital agency, spanning three continents. More recently he has seen STEAK become part of the Dentsu Network - the fifth largest marketing communications company in the world, with over 100 offices in 27 countries.

    As part of the initial team at Espotting Media, Oliver played a pivotal role in launching the business in eleven European countries and was involved in their merger with US search company FindWhat. Oliver was also personally responsible for winning significant amounts of revenue from a wide range of clients, many of them blue chip.

    Voted by industry magazine Media Week as one of the "Magnificent Thirty" (2004's thirty media professionals to watch under the age of thirty), and featuring in the Revolution "One to Watch", Oliver has received several accolades recognising his entrepreneurial achievements. These also include the Daily Mail Make Your Mark High Growth Business winner 2007, Growing Business Young Guns class 2006 and being selected to be part of the top 50 media and business categories of Courvoisier © The Future 500-showcasing business talent.

    Co-Founder Duncan began his career in search in 1999 at Lycos, during the early days of the search industry. In 2002 he joined PPC engine Espotting and quickly rose to the position of Agency Editorial Manager, working on campaigns for some of Europe's leading brands.

    He left Espotting in 2004 to work as a Search Consultant, during which time his clients included publisher VNU's portfolio of UK IT, finance and recruitment websites.

    In 2005 he reunited with ex-Espotting colleagues Julian Walker and Oliver Bishop to found STEAK, and has held a number of roles as the Group has grown including Head of Insight and Head of PPC. Today as COO, his role encompasses training, technology, insight and thought leadership.

    He's previously been a finalist in the Start Up awards 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year', was selected as one of the top 50 rising stars in science and innovation in the Courvoisier 'The Future 500', and has been in the top five of Media Week's '30 under 30'.

    Mike started out in online marketing with STEAK UK back in 2005. Cutting his teeth in the world of affiliates and display for a number of finance, utilities and FMCG clients he then went on to join the paid search team with some of the biggest brands in the UK including Palm, British Gas and John Lewis.

    Heading up the paid search team for swiftcover.com he helped the account reach record sales volumes and also successfully launched AXA car insurance which became the UK's fastest growing car insurance brand of 2010.

    Mike brings a wealth of experience to the Melbourne office. His strong analytical approach and enthusiasm for making the most of any new opportunities has helped AustralianSuper, Betfair, realestateVIEW.com.au and others meet and exceed their digital marketing goals.

    Nicole is the Account Manager at STEAK Melbourne. Upon completing a Bachelor of Business Marketing at Swinburne University and an Advanced Diploma in Film and Television Production, Nicole joined the STEAK team in 2009 as an Account Executive. In the subsequent 18 months Nicole has worked across a variety of clients, including Best Western, Big W, Betfair and Borders, acquiring the skills and knowledge to advance to her management role.

    Nicole's eagerness to learn and ability to multi-task has enabled her to nurture client relationships and expand upon ever-growing campaigns through achieving remarkable results.
